We want you to know that infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. However, in addition to our normal high standards of sterilization and disinfecting, we have added additional protocols to protect against the spread of COVID-19:

• We require patients to reschedule:
  • If you are experiencing or had flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, severe headache, body aches and chills) in the last 14 days.
  • If you have been in contact with anyone who has or is suspected of having Covid-19 symptoms in the last 14 days.
• We provide extra time between patients for sterilization and disinfection procedures. Therefore, we might need to adjust your appointment. We will keep you informed of any changes.
• If you are a new patient to our office, please fill out and submit the new patient forms on our website at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Please be on time for your appointment and call the front desk when you arrive. We will call you to advise when to enter the office in order to keep our waiting room empty.
• We ask that companions wait for you outside unless medically necessary. If the patient is a minor, we ask that only one parent or guardian accompany the patient.
• We require that you wear a mask while you are inside the building until a Doctor or a staff member instructs you to remove it in the operatory.
• We will take your temperature upon entering the building and we will ask you to wash your hands with sanitizer.
• We use medical grade HEPA filters to purify the air.
• Plexiglass is installed at the front desk as a physical barrier to provide contactless check in/out.
